in the help section it stats that you can drag and drop things if you click in the header. but that seems not to work it drives my crazy do i miss something? is it broken at the moment?

It's to drag components/blocks out of the menu onto the project page. Once a component has been placed onto the page it's fixed (mostly). As you link sections (ie geometry to mesh to solver setup) via "lines" it's a visual annoyance rather than an engineering problem.

Do you mean to move systems around? If yes, you have to click on the header in Blue (here in example where it mentions static structural):
