I'm following the steps here: https://confluence.cornell.edu/display/SIMULATION/FLUENT+-+Partially+Premixed+Combustion  

This was used for ANSYS version 14.5, but I'm using the most updated student version. On the numerical solution step, it says to mark cells for refinement using the mark button. I have been able to create the refinement criterion, but how would I mark the cells?

We "mark" cells for refinement (or coarsening, or for patching) by creating a register. Once you have the register, use menu to add it into the Refinement Criterion.
