April 23, 2022 at 3:54 amywqSubscriber孙老师您好, 首先我利用FDTD以及脚本自定义了一个光源(S1),具体方法参照:Using an equation to define the spatial field profile of a source in FDTD – Lumerical Support 然后我又用MODE建立了波导模型,利用FDE仿真得到了一个模式(mode1)。然后我想计算mode1与S1之间的overlap和耦合效率。 我查到的方法是用函数copydcard和overlap。但是copydcard只能用于在FDE中或者在FDTD中生成两个global copy,再用overlap函数去计算。然而copydcard无法在FDE中生成一个global copy,在FDTD中再生成另一个global copy,最后用overlap函数去计算二者之间的overlap。参考:copydcard - Script command – Lumerical Support 请问孙老师有没有什么好的解决办法,谢谢。

April 25, 2022 at 3:30 pmGuilin SunAnsys Employee你还可以根据公式写脚本做计算。公式参见 https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034405254-overlap-Script-command 当这两个Solver网格不同时,你还要先做插值:interp - Script command 或者 spline - Script command (2D函数需要通过循环实现)。 此外,FDE的数据与FDTD的数据有差别,需要调整矩阵大小。还可能需要用Pinch Ansys Insight: 几个简单实用的脚本Script命令:用于结果分析 再有Lumerical软件的问题,请发到专用论坛 Photonics - Chinese — Ansys Learning Forum
