ANSYS Customer Number

  Hi,
  I am currently using ANSYS 2021 R1 through my university license. I now need to install 2022 R2 through the internet download, but to register I need a Customer number. Where do I find this? The instructions on the website page abut using the Command prompt do not work.

  It'll be part of the University licence file. If the whole campus is updating it's often easier for your IT department to download the iso files (everything) and then let staff & students install from an internal source. We also work like that to reduce the bandwidth use in the days around a new release.
