SubscriberHI, I keep getting errors when trying to redownload Ansys. I had the 2019 version on my SSD and i deleted it off my laptop. I re-downloaded the 2021 R2 onto my external hard drive and i am getting these errors. Any help is greatly appreciated

Ansys EmployeePlease run the uninstall for v212, C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student\v212\Uninstall.exe
Next, delete C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student\v212\, also delete %APPDATA%\Ansys\v212
Try to download another copy of the installer, extract the .zip file and then run the setup.exe making sure to right-click -> Run as administrator.
