Methods of Solving Problems

In this learning track, the methods of solving structural mechanics problems are explored. The concepts that are necessary to solve more advanced problems are introduced. The prerequisite courses are titled "Understanding the Physics of Structural Mechanics" and "Capturing Complex Response." In those learning, we built a strong foundation of structural mechanics basics and then explored more complex behavior and response. In this learning track, we will build upon this foundation and focus on the methods of solving problems. Completion of this learning will provide the student with a more advanced understanding of solving simulation problems that are increasingly more complex.
