Defining and Embedding Radar Systems for Autonomous Vehicle Simulation

Ansys AVxcelerate Sensors autonomous vehicle sensor simulation software radar model relies on Shooting and Bouncing Rays (SBR) methodology. It extends physical optics to multiple bounces with geometrical optics ray tracing and captures multiple bounces, real materials and real geometry features that are key to generate high fidelity data and stimulate perception algorithm.
