      This is the result of the ansyscl.exe file not being installed during the update. Copy the newer “C:Program FilesAnsysEMShared FilesLicensingwinx64updateansyscl.exe” to “C:Program FilesAnsysEMShared FilesLicensingwinx64ansyscl.exe”
