Why strains are developed in the model when a uniform temperature is applied to a model with remote point created with the beam formulation?

The fundamental issue is that there is no temperature applied to the remote point nodes or there is no direct option to apply temperature to remote nodes. Since the beam formulation connects the nodes of the body to the remote point node, the nodes on the body have temperature specified and the node at the remote point does not, causing a temperature gradient. The workaround is to use command object to apply temperature to all nodes. Use bf command for all nodes in the model or use the tunif command.
