      It may happen some of the antivirus program may be blocking the software (.exe files). We have seen such issues previously. While running Mechanical see which processes are running in Task Manager. Basically, we have seen to add the *.exe file in excluded list of antivirus. One can ask your IT team to whitelist ANSYS applications.
