Why is the listing of a DPM injection resulting in an error “Injection injection-0: xx particles lost outside the domain”?

      When setting up an injection and using the “List” option (say, to verify the number of injection points), this error for “lost particles” can show up if:
      1. One or more of the injection point co-ordinates are lying outside the meshed regions
      2. Case file is not yet initialized or the data file is not yet loaded
