Why have I received a message about reaching the maximum number of server changes?

      In some cases, an ASC will be ineligible to access to the License Server Change application because the maximum number of server changes has been reached and the following error message will be displayed: Our records indicate that you have completed the maximum number of server changes. If you would like to complete a server change, please contact your local sales contact for assistance. Our policy limits each account to 3 machine changes in a calendar year. If your account has reached the limit, you will need to contact your local sales contact to complete your license server change.
