The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

Why do I have difficulties to import a mesh file in Polyfuse?

Polyfuse is more restrictive than Polydata when it comes to read mesh files. Basically Fluent meshes (.msh) and Polydata meshes (.poly) cannot be read in Polyfuse. Only Polyflow meshes with a format .msh can be read. Therefore, if you have another file format, you can: 1) open Polydata standalone, using for example: C:Program FilesANSYS Incv193polyflowntbinwin64polydata.exe 2) use the “Convert Mesh” tool to convert your initial mesh to a polyflow .msh file readable by Polyfuse.
