Why can’t I apply flow out boundary condition to the boundary of a multi-material Euler domain at Y = 0 in an axisymmetric analysis?

Y = 0 represents the axis of axial symmetry. There is no flow across the X axis due to axial symmetry. Thus flow out boundary condition cannot be applied to the boundary at X axis. User can apply the flow out boundary conditions at the lower I index, upper I index, and upper J index planes in the multi-material Euler domain.
