To locate the auto-save files, open Windows Explorer and enter %temp% in the path and hit enter. Then look for folder(s) named ‘agptmpXXX’, where ‘XXX’ is the version of DM used. In that folder is an AutoSave folder with the auto-saved DM databases. So for V18.2, for example, the folder is ‘%temp%agptmp182AutoSave’. You can find the latest file, make a copy somewhere, strip the auto save number off the extension, then open that in DM. Each autosave creates a new file with an incremental number on the extension. So the first is name.agdb-00, then name.agdb-01, etc.
