  3. When trying to create a license file we get “FLEXlm Machine Id 1 must be 8 characters in length” and we are not able to create the file. The customer’s FLEXid is 12 characters. What is the problem?

      The customer sent machine info for an EM64T system. The license manager won’t be available for x64 until 10.0 SP1 is released. They will need to install the licensing on another machine for now.
