When I try to duplicate a component, I get the error message: the action would create cyclic dependency between assembly components. How can I duplicate a component?

This error can occur because to component to copy is pasted inside the component itself. The active component is in bold in the structure tree. We can activate another component by a right in the structure tree and select “Activate Component”. The video in attachment shows the problem and how to avoid it.
