      One possible cause is during a thin sweep meshing step, if source and target faces have dissimilar areas that are ‘corrected’ with Virtual Topology (VT) cells, this might trigger inconsisent normals in contacts and targets. This is a limitation. As a workaround, try removing the VT cells and/or changing the underlying body meshing strategy.
