      Look for a recent file in C:ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsWERReportArchiveAppCrash_SpaceClaim.exe_Report.wer The file will report the module the crash happened in, eg Sig[3].Name=Fault Module Name Sig[3].Value=ntdll.dll Then it is a case of searching on line for possible reasons why the reported dll could fail to see if any correspond to the current system. In the case of ntdll.dll reported above, some webcam software/drivers can conflict with some applications and a webcam had recently been installed. Uninstalling the webcam allowed spaceclaim to run.
