      デフォルトでは、2020R2 でご登録いただいた S-parameter は C:Program FilesAnsysEMAnsysEM20.2Win64complibUnlocked 以下に Capacitors と Inductors フォルダがあり、その中にご登録いただいているベンダー名フォルダがあります。 ①　2020R2 の Capacitor 以下のベンダー名フォルダをすべて 　　C:Program FilesAnsysEMAnsysEM21.1Win64complibUnlockedCapacitors　にコピー ②　2020R2 の Inductors 以下のベンダー名フォルダをすべて 　　C:Program FilesAnsysEMAnsysEM21.1Win64complibUnlockedInductors　にコピー して、再度 SIwave 2021R1 を立ち上げると、SIwave 2020R2 でご登録いただいたモデルが SIwave 2021R1 で確認できます。
