Problem: While trying to launch any Discovery application, the following error is encountered in some cases.
Error:
Unexpected HttpRequestException from ANSYS Cloud API trying to connect.
URL https://subscription-api.ansys.com/api/v1/
Error Response status code does not indicate success: 500 (Internal Server Error).
Cause: It has been noticed that this error occurs when a user tries to activate and launch Discovery applications when the cloud server is temporarily down.
Recommended Solution: To overcome this issue, please wait for some time and then try launching Discovery application again.
