Answer: Verify that the checksum for ANSYS 19.1 installation files matches the checksum value posted on ANSYS customer portal. Check if the following directory exists C:Program FilesANSYS Incv191ansysguien-us If it does not then it is likely that an older version such as version 9.20 of your 7-zip program is installed on the computer interfering with successful extraction of files. 1. Please uninstall ANSYS 19.1 using right click and run as administrator on Uninstall ANSYS 19.1 2. Please also uninstall the older version of your 7-zip program 3. Reinstall ANSYS 19.1 and verify the folder “en-us” mentioned above now exists.
