      Answer: Please check if a custom Creo Startup method or a config.pro file is using references to an older version of ANSYS and correct it to ANSYS version being used. It is likely that the CAD configuration manager was used to integrate a newer version say ANSYS 19.2 but the PROTKDAT entry in the config.pro file is still pointing to say an older version of ANSYS , say 18.2
