      Please cross verify the root path of the product Installation location. Ex: /Installation location/ansys inc/vxxx/rsm/* and shared location such as /ansys inc/vxxx/rsm You need to provide full access to absolute pat. You might have shared only from the ansys_inc directory Or You need to set the ANSYS environmental variables (ex: AWP_ROOT) according to the users access directory from RSM headnode.
