      場の分布の表示を行う場合、Edit Source にて励起条件を設定する必要があります。 【操作】 Q3D のメニュー > Q3D Extractor > Fields > Edit Sources、解析種別 (CG、DCRL、ACRL) を指定、Source (又は Net) に励起させたい電流 (又は電圧) 値を指定する。
