ParticipantProblem: When logging into Discovery Account, the login page shows that the user is signed-in and never lets you proceed beyond the login page.
Cause: It has been identified that Discovery account cannot be currently logged in using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge browser on Windows 10 OS.
Recommended Solution: To overcome the login issue, use Chrome or Firefox browser for logging into Discovery Account
