      Missing materials or gray area around materials pop-up window. This can be caused by the screen resolution settings. If this problem occurs, a way to avoid the problem is to set the screen settings to 100%. Settings other than 100% have been known to cause the problem. 1. Close all ansys instances 2. In your desktop right click and under Display change the settings to 100% 3. Reopen Ansys to determine if the problem has been resolved. 3.1 If not, you might have to restart your computer for the changes get to your Ansys instances
