Is there a limit on the number of PCG iterations that will be done?

      Yes, there is a limit of 10,000 iterations in ANSYS 11.0. This is set to avoid endless iterations on an ill-conditioned model. If the solver has not converged within 10,000 iterations, it is likely that the PCG solver is not appropriate for this model. Either a different solver should be used, or the model should be modified to improve its conditioning.
