No. Load reconstruction is not supported in ANSYS nCode DesignLife. It is a HBM nCode Glyphworks feature. ANSYS, Inc cannot sell or support HBM Glyphworks, but ANSYS nCode DesignLife customers can access Glyphworks features by obtaining Supplemental licenses from HBM Prenscia. Note: Before ANSYS nCode DesignLife R19.0, load reconstruction was available to ANSYS nCode DesignLife users via an undocumented python script that was included with the installation. That python script was a part of a Beta feature. It was not intended to be accessed by ANSYS nCode DesignLife users. Beginning with ANSYS nCode DesignLife R19.0 that script is no longer included with the ANSYS nCode DesignLife installation.
