In SpaceClaim, why might surface bodies not convert to solids after using Stitch and Gap Tools to remove gaps?

The Gap tool uses default tolerances to find the gap, which might not sufficient to find the gaps and connect the surfaces. If you have already used stitch all the surfaces shown and the Gap tool is not showing any gaps, then try increasing the tolerance. This might help to find more gaps in the surface model and convert surface model into solid.
