      PADが Non-Functional Pad として Import されている可能性があります。 上部 View タブの Show/Hide カテゴリ内に “View Non-functional Pads” のアイコンがありますのでこちらで確認できます。 Non-functional Pads を解析対象としたい場合は、SIwave Options 内の SI/PI Advanced タブの最下段 “Exclude non-functional pads from resonant mode, frequency sweep and SYZ simulations” のチェックを外してください。
