      To help customer support with diagnosing the issue please send the results from show-affinity in your Fluent transcript file (.trn) In order to do this you must use a Fluent journal (.jou) file in your Fluent run. Please add the following lines in your journal file that will print the affinity settings in your transcript file. After your Fluent case is read add these lines in your journal file. ; fluent starts (show-affinity) ; case read rc model.cas (show-affinity) ; other commands
