I would like to transfer Fluent CFD result to thermal mechanical analysis. When I import it , it shows no heat transfer coefficients data was found at the selected surface.

      This is a limitation in data mapping from Fluent to Mechanical. The “CFD Near-wall Temperature” maps wall function HTC from Fluent to Mechanical and wall func HTC is only available for turbulence model. This error shows up if the flow is laminar.
