I use RSM for a Mechanical simulation and when I launch it on the server, users file with a .txt extension are not sent. Can I modify it?

  By default only *.dat files present in the Working directory (….Project_filesdp0SYS-1MECH) are transferred through RSM. So you have 2 possibilities : – rename your .txt file in .dat file if appropriate – Customize RSM on local machine to send files with other extension. For that just add those extensions in the following file : C:Program FilesANSYS Incv192RSMConfigxmlMechanical_ANSYSJob.xml Put info in “input” as in the attached document. You can use this procedure for other files like *.sub (superelements)
