I have ideal gas and floating pressure. When floating pressure reaches 8 bar, I want to open vents, the boundary condition will change to pressure-outlet. How to do this?

When the pressure reaches 8 bar, turn off floating operating pressure and enter its value as the operating pressure. Then you can make vent wall as pressure outlet.
