      In case the downloaded installation files are located in a directory with an umlaut (i.e. ö) then the operations in the ANSYS Installation Launcher (like “Install ANSYS Products”) cannot be selected or activated. Solution is to either rename the directory or to move the installation files to a different location from the installation can be started and completed.
