How to work with geometries with dimension in nanometers in Mechanical?

      There may be some issues probably due to small dimensions, in transferring geometry to Mechanical. The workaround is prepare a scaled up geometry in DM and then scale it down in the Mechanical stage using NSCALE command. One can export the scaled down model in .CDB format and read in External Model for further analysis.
