      This is refered as ‘To dimension to a virtual sharp’. Hold CTRL on your keyboard and select the two edges adjacent to the fillet radius. You will see the representation of the corner appear. You can then complete the dimension placement. More details are given in the documentation. A demo is available in attachment.
