      Fluent Meshing Workflows calculates sizing functions based on geometry’s faceting. The accuracy of the curvature and proximity sizing functions depends on the quality of the faceting. Very long and thin triangles can lead to issues. Fluent Meshing can refacet the model upon import. For geometry imported from SpaceClaim in scdoc format, it can be more efficient to check and change the faceting in SpaceClaim before saving the model.
