How to fix a restart issue due to a corrupted index table?

      When selecting a res-file in the CFX Solver Manager for defining a new solver run, you might obtain the following error message: Error reported by IO module: create_indextable: stored index is wrong: missing start tag This error message indicates an issue when the res-file was written, i.e. disc space error, file system glitch etc.., which resulted in a corrupted file index table. It might be possible to fix the issue. Please see attached PDF on how to correct this by forcing a re-creation of the index table.
