How is the heat transfer to the not simulated powder considered? I can not find a convection property in the Additive Print settings.

      In Additive Print (AP) and Additive Science (AS), we actually do explicitly include the powder in the thermal simulation domain (at least within an area slightly larger than the bounding box around the part being simulated). There are powder-specific material properties the solver consumes (e.g., conductivity, density, specific heat) as a ratio compared to the bulk solid properties. These parameters are not currently exposed in the UI as they have been tuned to experimental data for the default materials offered.
