How is the “cycle” in solution output defined?

In Explicit Dynamics analysis, models are run by time steps. The beginning of the first time step is cycle 0. At the end of the 1st time step, it is cycle 1. At the end of the 2nd time step, it is cycle 2. Thus, cycle “n” represents the end of the n’th time step. Time increment is the same as the stability time step referred in the training material if not using mass scaling.
