How can I reset ANSYS Fluent launcher settings to default, if I want to check the basic solver functionality of the installation?

The settings are stored under the user home directory for Linux and under %appdata%/Launcher for Windows in files like launcher.19.0.0.ini To get rid of any user changes you have to delete the file. Then you can start ANSYS Fluent and adjust the settings as needed, e.g. number of solver processes . The solution is valid for older releases too.
