By default Fluent does not keep the results of the monitors, except for the last iteration value that is kept in the .dat file. If you want to save the monitors evolution you must check the write option when creating the monitor. By doing this, Fluent will generate a text file with the value of the monitor at the iteration frequency defined. Thus, you will be able to reload the values when reopening the Fluent case.
