      This file is used for mail within APDL. Developers involved with MAPDL indicate Mechanical should run fine without blat.exe as long as the customer doesn’t use the /mail command. If the customer has no need for the above command and they would like assurance beyond VirusTotal, the removal of blat.exe should not affect the operation of the product. This executable is scheduled to be removed from our installation files in the near future.
