For large models with MPC contact running DMP solver, results are not matching SMP on V17.0. They did in R15.0

The root cause of this issue was the fact that contact pairs were tied to coupling equations. There is logic that must keep all of the contact/target elements associated with a contact pair in the same domain, along with logic to ensure that all of the nodes for a coupling equation are in the same domain. If these 2 constraints are linked, then they all must go to the same domain. The logic to enforce this when both contact and coupling equations were linked was not correct and so some elements were decomposed to the wrong domain(s). This has been fixed in R18.2.
