      License server specification for AnsysEM products has changed with 2019 R2 release. redirect.lic files and LM_LICENSE_FILE or ANSOFTD_LICENSE_FILE environment variables are no more recognized. Resolution: Make sure Shared FilesLicensingansyslmd.ini has license server reference: SERVER=1055@LicenseServer SERVER=1055@AnotherLicenseServer If using environement use ANSYSLMD_LICENSE_FILE=1055@LicenseServer.
