The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

      This is an InstallShield error that is caused by a corrupt user profile. To avoid this error message when installing login under a different account with admin privileges and install ANSYS from that account. To correct this error under the current account, remove the account from the machine and recreate it.
