We currently do not have rate coefficient optimization capabilities. The next best thing to do is to run a sensitivity and rate analysis in Chemkin under the conditions of interest. Chemkin sensitivity and rate analysis are two powerful tools that can identify the most important reactions under specific conditions. These reactions can then be manually modified or further parameterized for uncertainty analysis on their rate coefficients.
