This video demonstrates how to calculate thermal stress from a fluid-solid heat transfer solution in ANSYS AIM. The fluid-solid heat transfer and structure simulations are solved separately. Temperature data is transferred from the solved fluid-solid heat transfer simulation into the structural simulation using the physics coupling interface. ANSYS AIM provides easy simulation software for design engineering in an integrated multiphysics simulation environment.
